Yoga is even more fun together! Join Jonathan and Holland and double the fun in a partner yoga practice! Learn to share the load, distribute your force, and find a new center of gravity as you take familiar yoga poses and reshape them into duo form.

Different levels and modifications will be taught; however, some familiarity with the mechanics of popular yoga poses would be beneficial.
Bring a friend or partner up when you arrive at class.
