What if your body was the music? Join us for a playful, heart-opening experience where ritual meets rhythm. We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to awaken the senses and cultivate connection before discovering the music already living within us through claps, taps, stomps, and simple somatic movement. You'll learn accessible body percussion techniques and embodied practices that foster presence, creativity, and connection—all while creating joyful rhythms together. Come to play, move, laugh, and experience the magic of synchronizing as a community. You'll leave feeling energized, grounded, and open-hearted. This interactive workshop is open to all levels, with no music or movement experience required. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and we'll provide the rest.

Come as you are — no art experience needed. In this playful, lighthearted class, we'll create together in ways that spark real connection, joy, and a little laughter. Mary will walk you through lighthearted creative activities that include drawing and watercolor
painting on your own, with a partner, and with the whole group. You'll leave with something made by hand and a few new friends.

This workshop is for those who want to play and create with no
expectations and connect with others in a meaningful and fun way.

Class level: No experience needed.

Supplies will be provided for an additional $20 add-on fee.
