Fusion: Gentle Vinyasa | Heart Opening | Healing Sound
Saturday October 17, 2026 9:30am - 10:30am CDT
This gentle vinyasa flow invites you into a slower, more attentive rhythm of movement, guided by the resonance of singing bowls. The practice emphasizes soft transitions, breath awareness, and spacious pacing, creating room to feel rather than perform.
With a focus on heart-opening postures, we’ll explore both physical and subtle dimensions of opening—through the chest, shoulders, and the deeper inner landscape. The sound of the bowls supports a settling of the nervous system, helping you stay present to sensation, emotion, and breath as they arise.

The Art of Living Well: Ayurvedic Principles for Health & Longevity
Saturday October 17, 2026 9:30am - 10:30am CDT
What if health is more than the absence of symptoms?

In this practical introduction to Ayurveda, we'll explore the timeless principles behind one of the world's oldest systems of health and how they can be applied to modern life. Together we'll reexamine what it means to be healthy, how living in rhythm with nature supports well-being, and why no single food, habit, or practice works forever.

Rather than offering another dosha quiz or wellness hack, this talk provides a framework for making wiser choices in a world of endless health advice. You'll leave with practical tools you can begin using right away, along with a fresh perspective on cultivating health from the inside out.

The View Changes Everything
Saturday October 17, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm CDT
This perspective-shifting practice invites you to step back—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and see your life with greater spaciousness. Inspired by the expansive setting of a mountain retreat, this class uses breath-led movement, gentle flow, and mindful awareness to help you “zoom out” and reconnect with a wider view of yourself and your life.

Through intentional sequencing that opens the body and expands the breath, you’ll be guided to notice how perspective can shift everything—from sensation in the body to emotion in the mind. What feels heavy up close can feel more spacious when held with awareness, gratitude, and distance.

This is a practice of remembering: you are not stuck inside the moment—you are the one who can witness it.

Please bring:

Yoga mat
Two yoga blocks (we will be able to provide some)
Blanket
Optional bolster (for supported rest or opening postures)

In this class, we'll learn what dysregulation looks like, then use awareness, movement, and breath to bring the nervous system back into a regulated state, so you leave with tools you can use anywhere, anytime you need them.
