Awakening Whole-Body Intelligence
Friday October 16, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm CDT
This class explores fundamental movement patterns often left behind in adult practice: skipping, jumping, crawling, and balancing. Through simple, accessible progressions, you’ll reconnect with the body’s natural coordination and capacity for varied, adaptable movement.
The focus is on direct experience. We’ll build strength, mobility, and awareness while reintroducing a sense of ease and responsiveness in the body. Expect to move in different planes, work with balance and timing, and engage your whole system in ways that carry into everyday life. Also, expect to laugh and access genuine joy!

Squat Clinic w/Matt
Friday October 16, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm CDT
The ability to squat is about far more than fitness—it’s a fundamental human movement and an important marker of mobility, independence, and healthy aging. In this clinic, Matt will break down what can cause us to lose our squat and explore the mobility, stability, strength, and alignment needed to maintain or reclaim it. You’ll learn how the hips, knees, ankles, and core are designed to work together and why preserving this seemingly simple movement can have profound implications for how well we move—and live—as we age.
