This gentle vinyasa flow invites you into a slower, more attentive rhythm of movement, guided by the resonance of singing bowls. The practice emphasizes soft transitions, breath awareness, and spacious pacing, creating room to feel rather than perform.
With a focus on heart-opening postures, we’ll explore both physical and subtle dimensions of opening—through the chest, shoulders, and the deeper inner landscape. The sound of the bowls supports a settling of the nervous system, helping you stay present to sensation, emotion, and breath as they arise.

Beyond the Pose: Multi-Plane Movement

In this playful, floor-based practice, we'll roll and spiral through a sequence that connects the body's many foundations—belly, back, side, seated, and more. Along the way, you'll discover movement patterns that feel intuitive, efficient, and surprisingly fun.

This class invites curiosity, expanding your movement vocabulary and revealing new ways to move with greater ease and adaptability—on your mat and in everyday life.

No experience is necessary—all levels are welcome.
