The Art of Living Well: Ayurvedic Principles for Health & Longevity
Saturday October 17, 2026 9:30am - 10:30am CDT
What if health is more than the absence of symptoms?

In this practical introduction to Ayurveda, we'll explore the timeless principles behind one of the world's oldest systems of health and how they can be applied to modern life. Together we'll reexamine what it means to be healthy, how living in rhythm with nature supports well-being, and why no single food, habit, or practice works forever.

Rather than offering another dosha quiz or wellness hack, this talk provides a framework for making wiser choices in a world of endless health advice. You'll leave with practical tools you can begin using right away, along with a fresh perspective on cultivating health from the inside out.

The Art of Receiving: An Intuitive Art Workshop
Saturday October 17, 2026 4:30pm - 5:45pm CDT
In this painting workshop, we'll practice creating from our intuition and tapping into the creative energy within and around us. Short meditations and movement throughout the session will help us connect with ourselves and our environment. This workshop is about embracing the process, not the product.

You should come because creating is fun and healing. Learning to trust our intuition can help us make decisions that lead to more happiness, fulfillment, and confidence. Learning to feel the energy within and around us helps us naturally become more intuitive, and we will feel more connected to ourselves and to God/source/creator.

No experience or artistic background required. All materials will be provided, and you will take home the small work of art you create.

Supplies will be provided for a $20 add-on fee.
