In this experiential class, we’ll explore the body through its fascial connections using a blend of self-massage, gentle holds, and exploratory movement. By working with key “stations” in the system, we’ll unwind layers of tension and reawaken natural ease in how the body organizes itself.
Rather than isolating individual muscles, this practice emphasizes the continuity of the whole body. As sensation and movement begin to spread through these interconnected pathways, you may notice reduced tension, improved mobility, and a sense of buoyancy in both posture and movement.
This class is accessible to all levels and offers both immediate relief and practical tools for moving with greater comfort and connection.

Spend a sacred afternoon reconnecting with your heart, your breath, and the deeper rhythms of your life. This heart-opening yoga experience is inspired by the Celtic Triple Goddess—Maiden, Mother, and Crone—ancient archetypes that reflect the natural cycles of becoming, creating, and transforming. Through mindful movement, gentle heart-opening postures, breathwork, meditation, and reflective ritual, you’ll be guided to explore these energies within yourself.
The Maiden invites curiosity and new beginnings, the Mother embodies nourishment and creation, and the Crone offers wisdom, truth, and deep inner knowing.
This afternoon practice is designed to soften what feels heavy, awaken what feels closed, and reconnect you to the steady intelligence of your heart. Expect a nourishing flow that balances gentle strength with spacious rest, leaving you feeling open, grounded, and more fully yourself. You will learn:
• The meaning and symbolism of the Celtic Triple Goddess: Maiden, Mother, Crone • Heart-opening yoga postures that support emotional release and vitality • Breath and mindfulness practices to cultivate presence and self-compassion • How to honor personal cycles of growth, rest, and transformation • Simple reflective practices to integrate awareness into everyday life
