In this experiential class, we’ll explore the body through its fascial connections using a blend of self-massage, gentle holds, and exploratory movement. By working with key “stations” in the system, we’ll unwind layers of tension and reawaken natural ease in how the body organizes itself.
Rather than isolating individual muscles, this practice emphasizes the continuity of the whole body. As sensation and movement begin to spread through these interconnected pathways, you may notice reduced tension, improved mobility, and a sense of buoyancy in both posture and movement.
This class is accessible to all levels and offers both immediate relief and practical tools for moving with greater comfort and connection.

Spend a sacred afternoon reconnecting with your heart, your breath, and the deeper rhythms of your life.
