Move + Breathe | Reset Your Nervous System
Friday October 16, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm CDT
Most of us have never been taught how to recognize when our nervous system is stuck in "go mode." This class offers more than movement—it teaches you how to reset. Through mindful sequencing, intentional breathwork, and nervous system education, you'll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and better equipped to navigate real life.

Learn how to intentionally connect breath with movement to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve how your body responds to everyday demands. Students will leave with simple, practical tools they can use long after class—in the office, at home, or anytime life feels overwhelming.

All levels.
Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout class, making this practice accessible whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of experience.
Need 2 blocks.

Awaken the Goddess: Heart Opening Yoga & the Celtic Triple Goddess
Friday October 16, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm CDT
Spend a sacred afternoon reconnecting with your heart, your breath, and the deeper rhythms of your life. This heart-opening yoga experience is inspired by the Celtic Triple Goddess—Maiden, Mother, and Crone—ancient archetypes that reflect the natural cycles of becoming, creating, and transforming. Through mindful movement, gentle heart-opening postures, breathwork, meditation, and reflective ritual, you’ll be guided to explore these energies within yourself.

The Maiden invites curiosity and new beginnings, the Mother embodies nourishment and creation, and the Crone offers wisdom, truth, and deep inner knowing.

This afternoon practice is designed to soften what feels heavy, awaken what feels closed, and reconnect you to the steady intelligence of your heart. Expect a nourishing flow that balances gentle strength with spacious rest, leaving you feeling open, grounded, and more fully yourself.
You will learn:

• The meaning and symbolism of the Celtic Triple Goddess: Maiden, Mother, Crone • Heart-opening yoga postures that support emotional release and vitality
• Breath and mindfulness practices to cultivate presence and self-compassion
• How to honor personal cycles of growth, rest, and transformation
• Simple reflective practices to integrate awareness into everyday life

Props Needed: Please bring: • Yoga mat • Two blocks • Bolster (recommended, optional) • Blanket • Journal and pen (optional for reflection) • Water bottle

Arrive as you are and allow the afternoon to become a doorway back into your heart—where strength, softness, and wisdom meet.
