As the stars begin to fill the night sky, settle into a peaceful outdoor sanctuary designed to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect. This immersive sound bath combines the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments with the calming presence of nature under the stars.

Wrapped in the stillness of the evening, you’ll be invited to rest as sound gently guides your body into a state of deep relaxation. The combination of fresh night air, starlight, and soothing frequencies creates the perfect environment to quiet the mind, release the day’s stress, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

Props Needed: Please bring: • Yoga mat • Blanket (or two for extra cushioning and warmth) • Pillow or bolster • Eye pillow (optional) • Water bottle • Comfortable, layered clothing for the cooler evening temperatures.

Create a cozy nest, settle in beneath the stars, and allow the sounds of the evening to guide you into a place of deep rest and renewal.
