Forest Immersion + Wildcraft Experience
Friday October 16, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm CDT
Experience a restorative blend of mindful nature immersion and creative expression. We’ll begin with a slow, sensory‑based walk designed to help you relax, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world. Through gentle invitations to explore sound, visuals, movement, and stillness, you’ll attune to the timeless rhythms of the forest. As the landscape supports you in finding clarity and ease, we’ll engage in wildcraft design. We’ll gather natural materials—leaves, stones, flowers, and twigs—to create individual or group nature expressions that reflect gratitude, harmony, and beauty. This creative practice encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and a sense of shared connection with one another and the natural world. No artistic experience needed—just a willingness to slow down, engage your senses, and let nature be your guide.

Friday October 16, 2026 7:15pm - 8:00pm CDT
Gather under the stars with Stacey and Holly for an evening of real conversation and connection. Spill the Tea is an invitation to move beyond the polished version of practice and talk honestly about what it means to actually live it. How does practice change us? Where does it meet us when life gets hard? What have we learned, questioned, struggled with, or discovered along the way? Bring your curiosity, your stories, and your questions for an authentic community conversation about practice, transformation, and the beautifully messy business of being human.

The View Changes Everything
Saturday October 17, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm CDT
This perspective-shifting practice invites you to step back—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and see your life with greater spaciousness. Inspired by the expansive setting of a mountain retreat, this class uses breath-led movement, gentle flow, and mindful awareness to help you “zoom out” and reconnect with a wider view of yourself and your life.

Through intentional sequencing that opens the body and expands the breath, you’ll be guided to notice how perspective can shift everything—from sensation in the body to emotion in the mind. What feels heavy up close can feel more spacious when held with awareness, gratitude, and distance.

This is a practice of remembering: you are not stuck inside the moment—you are the one who can witness it.

Please bring:

Yoga mat
Two yoga blocks (we will be able to provide some)
Blanket
Optional bolster (for supported rest or opening postures)

There is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish. Consider this your official permission to rest and be still.
